"Carlisle has a lot of speed and the defense didn't stay with them well enough," G-A coach Scott Gelsinger said. "It could have been 4-1 at halftime, but (goalkeeper) Bryson (Robinson) saved a penalty kick just before halftime. I was proud of the guys coming back to make it 3-2, but we just couldn't tie it up."

Greencastle (13-5) will host Central Dauphin on Tuesday night at 6:30 in a Mid Penn Conference semifinal game, but the Devils were precariously close to not being in the top 20 in Class AAA as of Saturday night.
