BOYS SOCCER: Monday's roundup

GREENCASTLE >> Greencastle-Antrim picked up a confidence-boosting non-league boys soccer victory Monday night at Kaley Field over Cedar Cliff.

The Blue Devils (13-3) scored both goals in the second half and kept the Colts (3-10) off the scoreboard.

"I thought the defense did a good job," G-A coach Scott Gelsinger said. "They had a lot of speed up top that worried us. They had a breakaway early in the second half when it was still scoreless, but (keeper) Bryson (Robinson) came out and made the save."

Brandon Stuhler scored the first goal for Greencastle after taking a through pass from Jared Spoonhour, and Kaleb Hurley added an insurance tally midway through the second half.
