BOYS SOCCER: Wednesday's roundup, Brandon Stuhler's hat-trick pushes Greencastle past Big Spring

NEWVILLE >> For the first time this season, Greencastle-Antrim's boys soccer team scored three goals, and it led to a 3-1 Mid Penn Colonial Division win over Big Spring on Wednesday.

Brandon Stuhler did all of the major damage for the Blue Devils (8-2, 6-1 MPC), recording a hat trick. His first two goals came in the first half to put G-A up 2-0, and his final goal came in the 53rd minute to put his team up by three.

"We passed the ball well tonight offensively," Greencastle coach Scott Gelsinger said. "Kaleb (Hurley) had some nice passes tonight, and it was nice to see us putting balls in the back of the net."

Hurley had an assist on one of Stuhler's goals, and Ian Gelsinger added another helper. The Blue Devils out-shot the Bulldogs, 22-11, and Bryson Robinson made eight saves in goal for G-A.
