9 area players make ICC first-team
A total of 11 area athletes were selected to the Inter-County Conference All-Star teams, with nine first-team selections.
Six boys were selected to the first-team, with Southern Fulton and McConnellsburg earning two top honors each. Dylan Gordon and Trent Rider were earned first-team honors for the Indians, while Chase Novak and Quintin Miller were selected from McConnellsburg.
Forbes Road's Aaron Schepis and Fannett-Metal's Mikell McGee rounded out the area boys first-team selections. Jake Boehme earned a boys honorable mention honor for McConnellsburg.
For the girls, three area athletes were selected for first team - Southern Fulton's Olivia Mottern, Forbes Road's McKenzie Gelvin and McConnellsburg's Bronwyne Mellott. Taylor Coffman from Fannett-Metal was an honorable mention.
Liam Flaherty of Southern Fulton was selected as a wrestling all-star while competing for Everett.
