CHASE MARTIN, Shalom Christian boys basketball: Martin scored a career-high 13 points in the Mason-Dixon Christian Conference semifinal, scoring 10 in the first half of the Flames' 53-51 win over Broadfording.

BRONWYNE MELLOTT, McConnellsburg girls basketball: Mellott scored 30 of McConnellsburg's 47 points in the Spartans' upset over Meyersdale in the District 5 Class A semifinals, including 11 of the team's 12 points in the final three minutes. She also led the team with five steals. She notched 33 points in the quarterfinals against Johnstown Christian.

OLIVIA MOTTERN, Southern Fulton girls basketball: Mottern tallied 21 points against Berlin to help SF clinch a place in the District 5 Class A final and grabbed seven rebounds. She also had 18 points in the district quarterfinals against Shanksville.

CHASE NOVAK, McConnellsburg boys basketball: In the District 5 Class A semifinals, Novak held Shade's top scorer to just just two points, while scoring 12 himself to aid the Spartans in a run to the District 5 Class A championship game. He also had 16 in a district quarterfinal game.

TRENT RIDER, Southern Fulton boys basketball: Rider helped the Indians to a double-overtime win over Shanksville with 21 points after posting just five in the first half. He also led the team with 18 points in the quarterfinals.

BRIDGETTE RITCHEY, McConnellsburg girls basketball: Ritchey played a career game in the District 5 quarterfinals against Johnstown Christian, pushing a triple-double with a career-high 14 points, 19 rebounds and six assists. She also had seven points and 16 boards in the semifinals against Meyersdale.

SHAWN ROBINSON, Waynesboro wrestling: At 285 pounds, Robinson was seeded No. 4 heading into the Section I tournament, but upset the top seed Noah Smith of Northern York in a 5-3 defeat in the semifinals. Robinson went on to win the 285 championship.

SHAYE SMARTT, Southern Fulton girls basketball: Smartt padded the stat sheet in the District 5 semifinals with 10 points, 10 rebounds, five assists and two steals to aid the Indians in a win over Berlin to clinch a spot in the district finals. She also added 10 points in the quarterfinals against Shanksville.

JONAH STAINS, Shalom Christian boys basketball: Stains was named the Mason-Dixon Christian Conference tournament MVP after posting 30 points in the final to lift the Flames to a conference title. He also added 19 in the semifinal round and held Broadfording's top scorer to just four points.

CAMERON TINNER, Shippensburg wrestling: Tinner remains perfect with a 29-0 record this season thanks to a championship run at the Section I tournament at 220 pounds. Tinner pinned Jake Black of Cumberland Valley in 1:14 to claim the section title.
