AVERY BARLEY, Chambersburg swimming: Barley claimed two first-place finishes to aid the Trojan boys in a win over Carlisle. He won the 200 IM and the 100 fly with finishes at 2:19.04 and 1:03.17, respectively. He was also a part of two Chambersburg winning relay races.

COLE FORRESTER, Shippensburg wrestling: At 195 pounds, Forrester completed the Gettysburg Duals undefeated with a 5-0 record, including two pins.

LYDIA HARRIS, Shalom Christian girls basketball: Harris scored a team-high 20 points in Shalom's Mason-Dixon Christian Conference victory over Faith Christian. She also had six assists as the Flames advanced to 7-0 in the conference.

MEGHAN HIRNEISEN, Greencastle-Antrim girls basketball: Hirneisen scored a career-high 17 points on the way to a double-double against Delone Catholic, grabbing 13 rebounds in the win Monday. She added another 14 points and six boards against James Buchanan on Tuesday.

KYLE HOFFMAN, Waynesboro boys basketball: Hoffman scored a career-high 19 points against Northern on Tuesday, leading the team in points in the Mid Penn Colonial Division win.

CAMERON KECK, Waynesboro boys basketball: Keck racked up double figures in both of Waynesboro's games this week, leading the team with 22 points against South Western, and added 17 against Northern on Tuesday.

CIRSTEN KELLY, Chambersburg indoor track: Kelly broke a Chambersburg indoor record with her third-place finish in the 400 at Dickinson College. Her time of 1:02.57 broke the previous record, set in 2009, by more than half a second.

WADE MILLS, Shippensburg boys basketball: Mills scored a career-high 27 points in the Greyhounds' win over Big Spring on Tuesday, and had a double-double with 14 points and 10 rebounds in Shippensburg's big Mid Penn Colonial win over Greencastle.

RYAN NEFF, Waynesboro wrestling: Neff aided the Indians' win at the Waynesboro Duals, going 5-0 at 126 pounds, pinning three opponents.

ISIUWA OGHAGBON, Mercersburg girls basketball: Oghagbon scored a season-high 16 points against Hun, and added another 15 points against Wakefield, shooting 7-for-7 from the field, and grabbed nine rebounds in the non-league victory.

JUSTICE SEVILLE, McConnellsburg girls basketball: Seville scored in the double figures in two Lady Spartan games this week, scoring a team-high 15 points in a loss to Southern Huntingdon, and had a 16-point night in McConnellsburg's overtime win over Forbes Road.

ELLIOTT SWINK, Waynesboro wrestling: Swink, a 120-pounder, went undefeated in five bouts at the Waynesboro Duals, including three pins.

LUCAS WINGERT, Fannett-Metal boys basketball: Wingert scored 19 points and had nine rebounds in the Tigers' Sideling Hill League/Inter-County Conference win over Tussey Mountain on Monday, and added 12 points in Fannett-Metal's loss to Southern Fulton on Friday, accounting for almost half the team's offense.

JOSEPH YONKE, Mercersburg wrestling: Yonke went 5-0, including three pins at the Capital Duals Tournament.
