Gifs: The night in YAIAA hoops


Friday was an action packed night of hoops in the YAIAA. Here a few highlights from tonight's games...

Kobi Nwandu stunned the fans in attendance the bout between West York and Northeastern with his third quarter dunk that could rival Kobe Bryant in his prime. Nwandu finished the game with 22 points as Northeastern defeated West York 66-46.

The Central York Panthers girls' team may not have had the best start to the night, but they came out with a 49-36 win over New Oxford. Emma Saxton finished the game with 14 points, which including the tying bucket (pictured above) and the go-ahead basket.

Jared Wagner had a big night for the Central York boys putting up a career-high 33 points in the Panthers 73-70 over win New Oxford. Wagner scored 21 of his 33 total points in the final nine minutes of the game.
