Here is this week's glance of key YAIAA matchups:

MONDAY

Eastern York at Susquehannock, baseball: Former YAIAA Division III rivals renew what was an entertaining rivalry last season. The Warriors are now in Division II.

New Oxford at Bermudian Springs, baseball: Both teams are hovering around .500 to start the season, making this a critical game to generate momentum.

TUESDAY

Dallastown at West York, boys' lacrosse: Defending league tournament champion Dallastown visits a high-octane Bulldogs club.

South Western at Kennard-Dale, girls' lacrosse: The Mustangs are 2-2 in the league, but with goalie Laura Silver comes another stiff test for the unbeaten Rams' offense.

Central York at Dallastown, boys' tennis: The Panthers challenged for the division title last year. With new coach Scott Jensenius, Central visits the Wildcats and defending league singles champ John Schmitt. Both teams enter the week perfect in league play.

South Western at Dallastown, girls' track and field: With last week's Red Lion-South Western meet postponed, this serves as another big Division I test for the Mustangs.

WEDNESDAY

Dallastown at West York, softball: A potential league tournament preview, the defending champion Wildcats draw West York in a cross-over game because the Bulldogs have moved up to Division II.

THURSDAY

Littlestown at York Suburban, baseball: If their records hold from the beginning of the week, this could determine a new Division III leader. The Thunderbolts, Trojans and Eastern York have yet to lose league games.

Susquehannock at West York, softball: A day after playing host to Division I's Dallastown, West York draws its new Division II rival.

Dallastown at Red Lion, boys' tennis: Get a rematch of last year's YAIAA Class AAA singles finals with Schmitt and Red Lion's Sam Innerst.

Eastern York at Dallastown, boys' lacrosse: One of three big games on this night. West York at Susquehannock also is a battle of unbeatens entering the week. Add in York Suburban taking on York Catholic, and the league race should start taking shape.

FRIDAY

Central York at Cedar Cliff, baseball: The Panthers head north for a non-league tilt with the Colts, who were off to a 3-0 start.

York Suburban at Dover, softball: This game doesn't count in the division standings, but both squads are off to strong starts.

SATURDAY

Lady Lion Invitational, softball: Governor Mifflin, Kennard-Dale and Twin Valley head to Red Lion for this annual event.

Arctic Blast Invitational at Northern York, track and field: Bermudian Springs, Delone Catholic, Fairfield, Hanover, Gettysburg, Littlestown and Northeastern are among local teams participating in this event.

Littlestown at Delone Catholic, softball: A YAIAA cross-over game pits two teams with five returning league all-stars between them.
