Sunday Spotlight: Two-minute drill Q&As with Kennard-Dale's Dan Creter, Northeastern's Houston Hoffman
Next up in our Sunday Spotlight series of Q&As: Kennard-Dale lineman Dan Creter and Northeastern wide receiver/defensive back/linebacker Houston Hoffman.
One player on your team you wouldn’t want to face: Josh Eaton. He’s very compact, and he’s got a little rage to him.
Teammate with the best nickname: I might have to nominate myself for this one. They call me Meech. I got it as a freshman, and it’s stuck with me.
Actor who would play you in a movie about your life: “How many plus-size actors are there? Is Riley Cooper tall?”
Reporter: “I would imagine, he’s a receiver.”
Creter: “There is an actor named Riley Cooper, I swear there is.”
Reporter: “Bradley Cooper?”
Coach Patrick Weider: “You’re not that good looking.”
HOUSTON HOFFMAN, Northeastern, wide receiver/defensive back/linebacker
The one player on your team you wouldn’t want to face: Kody Reeser is a powerhouse, and he really enjoys playing the game. He’s a strong guy.
The best nickname on your team: Dalton Staub is called Mouse. For his size, he really does a lot of work. He’s more of a Mighty Mouse.
The sport you’re the absolute worst at: Golf. Anything with the swinging motion isn’t my strong suit.
Favorite elementary school recess activity: Play two-hand touch football, maybe try to sneak in a little tackle.
