GameTimePA 2013-14 Yearbook section coming soon

The 2013-14 sports season might be winding down, but here at GameTimePA.com command central, there's always another cool project coming up to look forward to.

And right now, the Next Big Thing is our brand new, first-ever GameTimePA Yearbook special section.

The GameTimePA Yearbook is similar to the football, basketball and spring preview special sections: It'll be an insert in the print editions of the York Daily Record/Sunday News on June 19, and it'll be a special section of GameTimePA.com.

What can you expect in the Yearbook?

We're working on lots of original reporting, from exclusive new interviews with Kennard-Dale's Chance Marsteller and West York's Courtney Harnish, to profiles of some of the busiest multi-sport athletes in the YAIAA. We take a look at Gettysburg's final season in the Mid-Penn before it joins the YAIAA, and we introduce you to some of the area's unsung heroes you might have missed this year.

Plus, we'll dust off some of our favorite photos from the season, and we'll recap the district and state champions who were crowned from York and Adams counties.

And there are a few more surprises in store, including a must-read year-in-review column from Steve Navaroli.

Unfortunately, unlike a real yearbook, we can't publish the names and faces of all of the thousands of athletes who helped make this a high school sports season to remember. But we hope to remind you of some of the highlights and share some new stories to put a cap on the 2013-14 season.

Look for the print section on June 19, and look for the online section the week of June 16.

In the meantime, what was your favorite moment this season?
