Kennard-Dale's Marsteller honored by TheMat.com

National wrestling website TheMat.com honored Chance Marsteller this month for his performance in Puerto Rico.

Marsteller, the three-time PIAA champion from Kennard-Dale, won an open division championship at the Copa Sparta event in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The open division is the toughest, and Marsteller had to get permission to compete in it. He won at 163 pounds while competing for Lancaster Alliance Wrestling.

Marsteller will soon begin his senior season on the mats at Kennard-Dale. He enters it with a 125-0 career record and is committed to Penn State.
