Kennard-Dale trio, 2 others named to Brine National Lacrosse Classic


Three Kennard-Dale girls' lacrosse players have been selected to represent Pennsylvania in the 2013 Brine National Lacrosse Classic, which will be held June 30-July 3 at the Maryland SoccerPlex in Boyds, Md.

Juniors-to-be Brooke Davis, Lyndsey Duty and Morgan Day were picked for the PA team, which will be one of 12 girls' squads selected to the event. Day, the Rams' leading scorer last season as a sophomore, made the squad as an alternate attacker. Davis is a defender and Duty is a middie.

On the boys' side, Red Lion junior Joe Dashler Jr. was selected to the Pennsylvania team along with Susquehannock goalie Shane Silk. Dashler is a defender for the team.
