District 3 released its power rankings Friday for springs sports, excluding baseball. Many aren't much of a surprise, such as Dallastown's No. 3 ranking in Class AAAA softball or West York being No. 3 in boys' lacrosse.

Rankings for each sport can be found by clicking here to the District 3 website.

Scroll down to boys' volleyball, and YAIAA powers Northeastern and Central York are third and fourth in their respective classes. It's perhaps a head-turner considering the Bobcats are ranked No. 1 by the Pennsylvania Volleyball Coaches Association in Class AA. It's also important to note all district ratings are configured objectively, based on wins and strength of schedule.
