Part-time job available in the Daily Record sports department

The York Daily Record/Sunday News is seeking a part-time editorial assistant to work three nights per week --- approximately 6 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. --- in its sports department. Primary responsibilities include gathering and compiling the day's local sports results, news and schedules for publication on multiple news platforms.

We need good typists who are quick and accurate, are good at taking phone dictation and have solid writing skills. Computer skills and some familiarity with basic HTML and social media is a plus.
