York Catholic's Victoria Rizzuto heading to Pitt-Johnstown


York Catholic senior Victoria Rizzuto has signed a National Letter of Intent to study and run cross country at the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown.

Rizzuto captained the Irish girls’ varsity team, and was named the 2011 York Catholic Most Valuable Runner. The three-time YAIAA Division III All-Star, a four-time District III medalist, and the first female in York Catholic history to compete in the PIAA State Championship Meet all four years of her high school career.

Rizzuto is also an honor roll student who has donated over 70 hours of service to the community during high school and has also represented York Catholic in the York County Alliance for Learning Human Services Mentoring Program.
