First District 3 wrestling rankings posted
In addition to the basketball rankings we posted earlier, District 3 also released its first wrestling power rankings of the season today.
A couple YAIAA teams come into play. In Class AAA, Spring Grove sits at the No. 3 spot with a 5-0 dual meet record. No other team from the league currently fit into the top 16 slots, all of which qualify for the district tournament.
In Class AA, Biglerville grabbed the top spot in the rankings thanks to its 10-0 record. Rivals Bermudian Springs checked in two spots behind the Canners, with Hanover at No. 6. The top eight Class AA teams make the district tournament.
