A few weeks ago we updated you on former Red Lion wide receiver Joe Baublitz, who signed to continue his football career at St. Francis (Pa.). It looks like Baublitz won't be heading to the school's Loretto campus alone. Lions tight end/fullback Jake King will also continue his football career at St. Francis, Red Lion coach Pat Conrad said Friday. The 6-foot-0, 195-pound senior chipped in four receptions for 31 yards this season. King also ran for a touchdown in a mid-season win against New Oxford. The pair will join a rebuilding effort at St. Francis, a Division I-FCS program (former Division I-AA) headed by second-year coach Chris Villarrial. The Red Flash finished 1-10 last season, including 1-7 in Northeast Conference play.
