How is the season going so far?

It is going good.  We are 4-2 and have a big game today against New Oxford.

How are you doing personally?

Pretty good.  I have pitched in three games.  My last appearance was against York Catholic and I had 16 strikeouts.

What did you focus on this offseason to prepare you?

Mostly my mechanics.  It is not always about how hard you throw, but one of the best ways to increase your speed is to refine your mechanics.  I worked a lot on strengthening my legs and on my stride.

Who are you going to be playing for this summer?

I will be with B-to-B Bombers.  We are going to go to five tournaments.  I will also be playing for Legion and Central League.

Do you play any other sports?

Yes, Football and Basketball

What do you plan to focus on and play in college?

Probably either football or baseball.  I am not sure if I want to play both yet or one or the other.  I am still keeping my options open and just having fun playing them all now.

What pitches do you throw?

I throw a fastball, 12-6 curveball, a slider and a change-up

What is that you love about baseball?

I love that one pitch can be good or bad.  That the pitcher is in total control.  There is nothing better than having the ball in your hands for the last out

What is your favorite night before a big game meal?

Chicken Parmesan

What is your favorite snack?

Chocolate Chip Cookies

What song are you listening to on your IPOD on the bus rides to games?

Probably, My Time by Fabulous

What is the best piece of advice someone has given you?

Stay within yourself.  Get ahead, stay ahead and throw strikes. - Coach Czerwinski
