Liberty High advances

Led by Izel Dickerson's 17 points, Liberty defeated Roman Catholic 56-41 in the opening round of the PIAA Class AAAA playoffs.


Mike Zangari's early dominance inside leads Red Land past John Bartram

Red Land used Mike Zangari's dominant play inside to out match John Bartram 69-47 to advance to the second round of the PIAA Class AAAA playoffs.  Zangari scored 19 points to go along with 11 rebounds.


Allderdice closes strong to knock off Chartiers Valley

Justin Dobbs led the way with 19 points as Allderdice defeated Chartiers Valley 67-52 in PIAA Class AAAA action.



Gateway follows patters to success

Despite a slow start, Gateway rallied back to defeat Erie McDowell 57-46 on Saturday.  Gateway was led by Devon Cottrell's game high 16 points.


Wilkinsburg whips Moniteau

A stingy Wilkinsburg defense forced 36 turnovers against Moniteau and came away with a 73-43 victory.   Wilkinsburg's Robert Taylor led all scorers with 19 points.


Greensburg Central Catholic blows out Bellwood-Antis

Greensburg Central Catholic jumped out to an early nine point lead and never looked back as they defeated Bellwood-Antis 88-62
