Ancheff bests Unger in Southeast Region 285-pound finals

Williams Valley's Ben Ancheff defeated Boiling Springs' Tylor Unger in the Southeast Region 285-pound finals to remain undefeated.  This was a rematch of last years 285 finals in which Ancheff won 6-2.


Hershey dominates District 3 Swimming Championships

The Hershey boys and girls swim teams combined for 16 gold medals, 55 total medals and broke seven District 3-AAA meet records.


Easton and Parkland advance five wrestlers each to states

The state wrestling tournament begins this weekend and Easton and Parkland will each send five wrestlers to the tournament.   Both teams will use this week to put the final touches on the strategy that they plan to implement this weekend.


Parkland girls, Emmaus boys titlists

The District 11 championships for swimming were held last weekend and Class 3A boys and girls teams both set record performances.   The Parkland girls claimed their sixth consecutive District title and the Emmaus boys were led by Taylor O'Brien and his record performance in the 500 freestyle setting meet and pool records.


Southern Lehigh sweeps 2A championships

Southern Lehigh sweeps the District 11 2A championships.   The boys were led by Jason Moyer who won four gold medals and received the McGinley award for outstanding boy swimmer.


West Allegheny girls take WPIAL swimming and diving championships

West Allegheny girls swimming and diving team used a total team effort to win the schools first ever WPIAL championship.
