In a season in which she dominated both the YAIAA and District 3 cross country scene, Central York's Kelsey Ibarra collected one more honor this week. The Panthers sophomore was named to 2010 Pennsylvania Track and Field Coaches Association all-state second team, the lone runner from the area to earn in the honor. After breezing to victory in the YAIAA league run, Ibarra kicked past Cumberland Valley's Leigha Anderson in the final 400 meters to claim a District 3 Class AAA championship in October.
