Hempfield's perfect relay

Hempfield may have lost the war Thursday night against Lancaster Catholic in the L-L baseball finals but they won this particular battle.

In the bottom of the fourth inning, LC's Zach Karmilowicz  attempted to score off a single by James Huber and was nailed at the plate after a perfect relay starting with left fielder Jared Pestcoe to third baseman Cory Gantz and finally to catcher Nolan Myers.

Lancaster Catholic ultimately won, 9-6.
