Last Thursday, prior to the start of the New Oxford/William Penn volleyball game, the Lady Colonials received volleyballs commemorating the 1990, 1991, 1992 and 1993 volleyball seasons.

In a release provided by the New Oxford School District, over the course of the four years, the Lady Colonials record was 64-5. In 1990, the team finished 13-3. In 1991, they won the Blue Mountain League with a 17-0 record. They also won districts and were State-quarter-finalists. In 1992, the Lady Colonials finished the year 18-0 winning the YAIAA Division I title along with a second place finish at Districts and a State semi-finalist. In 1993, the team won the YAIAA Division I title again with a 16-2 record.

The Lady Colonials also had eight team members who were selected to the All-State team for two straight years.
