  • York College sophomore Holly Martin (South Western) and Kristen Westzel tallied an assists in a 5-4 overtime loss to McDaniel on Saturday in field hockey action.
  • Juniata sophomore Allison Groft (South Western) tallied her first goal of the season Saturday in a 2-1 win against Dickinson in field hockey action. Her goal proved to be the game winner.
  • Juniata sophomore soccer goalkeeper Haley Briggs (South Western) netted 21:09 of shutout goal keeping in Juniata's 8-0 win over Southern Vermont in the season opener.
  • Frederick Community College freshman Katelyn McDonald (Fairfield) exploded in her season opener, scoring five goals and tallying an assist in her team's 11-0 win over Cumberland County College.
  • Binghamton University (NY) freshman soccer player Allison Mack (New Oxford) tallied an assist on her teams only goal in her first game, a 2-1 loss to Siena.
  • Gettysburg College sophomore Alesha Miller (New Oxford) tallied four digs in the Bullets win over Penn State Altoona. She tallied nine digs in a loss to Bridgewater, and five digs in a loss to Salisbury.
  • York College volleyball player Kristin Martinak (South Western) tallied nine assists in win against Centenary.
  • Albright freshman volleyball player Madalyn Greth (Delone Catholic) leads the team after the first weekend of play with 22 kills. She also has 20 digs and two blocks despite her teams 0-3 start.
