Cedar Crest's Haleigh Echard was one of six Lancaster-Lebanon League girls' soccer players recently named to the Pennsylvania Soccer Coaches Association 2012 girls' All-State team.

Echard was honored after a stellar fall season in which she posted 16 goals and 11 assists while the leading the Falcons to the Lancaster-Lebanon League title. A midfielder, Echard has already given a verbal commitment to play collegiately at Penn State.

Deyo leads NL in Virginia: The Northern Lebanon wrestling team continued its stellar season this weekend by finishing with a 7-3 record at the Virginia Duals.

At 285 pounds, Anthony Deyo led the way by going 10-0 with seven pins for the weekend, as the Vikings, the Lancaster-Lebanon Section Three champions, improved to 15-4 for the season.

Northern Lebanon, which is all but assured of a spot in the District Three Class AA team tourney, wraps up the regular season on Monday at home at 7 p.m. vs. Schuylkill Haven.
