Ten Lebanon County ice hockey players will experience the dream of a lifetime when they take the ice at Hersheypark Stadium next week for the Central Pennsylvania Interscholastic Hockey League All-Star Game. Two games will be played Wednesday, Jan. 23, at the outdoor rink.

As an added bonus, a former Hershey Bear will also be on the bench for each of the four teams for the games that are slated for 6:45 p.m. and 8:45 p.m.

Annville-Cleona's Cody Brightbill was the 10th overall player selected in Sunday's All-Star Draft, which was conducted similar to the way the NHL picks its all-star roster with a pool of players available and captains hand-picking their teammates. Brightbill, who leads Tier 2 of the CPIHL in scoring with 24 goals and 24 assists, was selected for Team Hockey Plus, which will be coached by ex-Bear Dave Fenyves. Also on that team are A-C's Andrew Jocham and Palmyra's Alex Daley.

Team MWG Transport (coached by Mitch Lamoureux) will include Palmyra's Nick Stoner and Annville-Cleona's Daulton Kapp. Team Shenk Athletic (Freddy Cassivi) will be comprised of Brandon Kreiser and Dylan Holst of Cedar Crest. Team Environmental Recovery Corp (Mark Freer) will involve the Cedar Crest duo of Devon Calvert and Alec Baum plus Annville-Cleona's Tanner Fitting.
