Kennard-Dale, the No. 2 seed, made short work of 15th-seeded Wyomissing, 20-6, in District 3 first-round playoff action at Susquehannock.

Carlie Schmitt and Nicole Black proved a powerful offensive combo, scoring a combined nine goals for Kennard-Dale. Black also recorded six assists.

Veronica Lloyd led the Spartans with three goals and one assist.

Rams goalie Allie Storke made four saves in the win.

Kennard-Dale advances to quarterfinal play No. 10-seed Lancaster Country Day at 5 p.m. Thursday at Susquehannock.
