Greencastle-Antrim and East Pennsboro engaged in a game of momentum swings that eventually went the Panthers' way behind some excellent free-throw shooting East Penn led 24-11 after one quarter, but G-A outscored EP 18-3 in the second and still led 38-35 after 3 periods But the Panthers sank 12 of 15 foul shots in the final period and were 16-for-19 in the second half "They were red hot right out of the gate, then we came back and took the lead," Blue Devil coach Mike Rhine said. "Then maybe we ran out of gas, or maybe their defense tightened up. They doubled Katie (Gelsinger) in the post and we couldn't hit our open shots. It was a missed opportunity." For Greencastle (5-5), Gelsinger scored 17 points and yanked down 15 rebounds Chloe Hoover added 12 points and Hannah Crist had 10 For the Panthers (6-4), Kailee Yoder scored 17 points (11-for-13 at the line).

Shippensburg dominated the fourth quarter on its way to a victory over winless Northern ... The Lady Hounds (4-6) led by just 1 point heading into the final 8 minutes, but they scored 10 and held the Polar Bears to just 4 for the victory ... Ship was led by Alysia Clawson, who had 12 points and 10 steals for a double-double, and Brooke Porter, who had 11 points ... Ship coach Amy Lyman said, "It was great to get the win tonight. We managed the chaos fairly well and maintained our composure. We got good offense out of Brooke Porter tonight and great hustle from Clawson." ... The only player in double figures for Northern (0-11) was Sara Yunez (14).
