Pat O'Neill's clutch two-run double in the bottom of the fifth inning plated the go-ahead run and Ridley held on for an 8-7 triumph over Upper Darby in a Central League game Thursday.

In another Central League game:

Marple Newtown 8, Springfield 4: Ricky Collings pitched a complete game and Nick Giordano and Eric Tannenbaum each homered for the Tigers, who jumped to a 6-0 advantage and never looked back. Nick O'Shea did some yard work for the Cougars.
