"It was nice to get some guys in as a reward for all of their hard work this season," JB coach Larry Strawoet said. "They played as a team all year."
The Rockets, who finished 6-16, got 13 points from Garrett Malanka, 10 points and seven rebounds from Ryan Hege and nine points and seven boards from Grant Strawoet.
James Buchanan led 15-11 after one period, then zoomed to a 35-17 advantage by halftime.
McConnellsburg coach Dennis Swope said, "We couldn't stop their penetration and they outsized us. And we turned the ball over too much (22 times)."
For the Spartans (5-11), Tyler Green scored 11 points and Nick Daniels grabbed six rebounds.
