The Northeastern boys' basketball team exploded for 43 points in the second half Wednesday against Kennard-Daleand picked up its ninth league victory of the season, beating the Rams, 65-36.
Khalid Nwandu poured in 25 points, including all five free-throw attempts. The Bobcats sunk 12-of-17 from the line.
Kennard-Dale's Franco Rossi scored 14 to lead the Rams.
