Four players reached double figures for host Eastern York, which handed Red Lion at 59-44 loss in Saturday's girls' basketball action.
The Golden Knight sprinted out to a 34-22 halftime lead.
Morgan Thomas led all scorers with 20 points, Leah Myers had 13, Krissy Pennell contributed 12 and Lauren Beaver added 10 for Eastern. Beaver hit five field goals, scoring all of her points in the opening eight minutes.
Kasey Seitz scored 14, Morgan Kuehne 13 and Jen Horvatinovic 10 to lead Red Lion, which never could overcome only scoring six points in the first quarter.
