Brittany Edwards fired in 12 goals as Great Valley downed visiting Bishop Shanahan, 19-8, in a District 1 girls lacrosse second-round playoff game on Thursday.
Edwards also added an assist.
Olivia Muscella notched three goals, and Jessica Boyle contributed a pair of goals and three assists.
Linnea Hughes and Megan Buettner both dished out three assists.
Kelci O'Donnell scored five goals to lead Bishop Shanahan.

With the score tied at 4, Garnet Valley scored two late goals and took a 6-4 halftime lead.
The second half was a different story as Garnet Valley went on a 12-5 run and pulled away.

Citadel defeated Skillman Volvo Millers 8-6 for its first win of the season. John Spangler and Rob Wolf were both 3-for-4 and scored twice for Citadel. Jack Williams was 2-for-3 with four RBIs, Joe Morgan was 2-for-2, and Bruce Barton got the win in relief.
Pride and Joy Wolves beat the Legends, 9-6. Hap Pierson was the winning pitcher and added two hits. The Wolves fell behind 5-0, but rallied for the win. Jack Schoen had a triple and double for the winners. Steve Berk had two hits, and Dennis Kelly tripled.
