Katie O'Donnell's four goals and one assist lifted West Chester Henderson to a 7-1 Ches-Mont League field hockey win over visiting Sun Valley on Friday.

The Warriors improved to 11-0 in the league and remained atop the National Division.

Sammi Long added two goals and one assist, while Susannah Pitt had a goal and an assist.

Emma Betrando and Haley Weaver both notched an assist.

Taylor Krynock and Jenna Garber led the way defensively, and helped Chris Fabry post the shutout.

Girls TennisChes-Mont American Division Doubles Tournament: Only the preliminary round was completed when the matches were moved indoors at the Granite Run Tennis Club.

Today's matches will be played through the semifinals back at Granite Run starting at 9 a.m.

The championship and consolation will be played either Sunday or Monday at a site and time to be announced.

Ches-Mont National Division Tournament: There were no matches played on Friday because of inclement weather.

Matches are scheduled to start today at West Chester Henderson (9 a.m.), but if the weather is bad, play will be moved indoors at Brandywine Racquet Club (1 p.m.).

The finals are scheduled for Sunday. Central League Doubles Tournament: Conestoga had two teams advance to the semifinals after Friday's matches at Healthplex.

Top-seeded Lauren Banner and Lipika Gadila won both of their matches, as did third-seeded Kaylee Yan and Lauren Ge.

Matches resume today at Healthplex at 2 p.m.
