--- Joel Garrett, sr., Hanover: The YAIAA Class AA singles champion was the clear standout on a rebuilding Hanover roster as he finished with 18 of the Nighthawks' 31 singles wins and six of their seven doubles triumphs. He also won one match in the District 3 Class AA singles tournament before losing to eventual champion Richard Saad of Wyomissing.
