Chambersburg's boys swim team was defeated 103-67 by Central Dauphin in a Mid Penn Commonwealth Division meet Tuesday at the Chambersburg YMCA.

For the Trojans (4-5, 2-3 MPC), Jordan Metz (200 and 100 freestyle) and Matt Rines (50, 400 freestyle) won two individual events and were involved in the winning 400 freestyle relay.

Also, Logan Haga won the 100 backstroke and Bryton Zook took the 100 breaststroke in addition to their participation in the winning relay effort.

Chambersburg boys coach Mark Shoap said, "Jordan and Matt both had really good days, being double winners. Bryton and Logan swam really well. Logan had his best time in the backstroke.

"We qualified another swimmer for Mid Penns -- Mark Leeper had his best time in the 400 freestyle. All in all I thought we did well. We just couldn't keep up with their depth. Traditionally we have not had a problem with CD, but this is a rebuilding year and one of the youngest teams I've had."
