York Suburban's Christopher Diaz and Kirk Beaver were the first two runners to cross the finish line at John Rudy Park as the Trojans clinched the Division II cross country title while sweeping Wednesday's meet.
Diaz won the 3.1-mile race in 17:18.7, with Beaver taking second in 17:30.5. Zach Lofties placed fifth (17:58.6), and Andrew Toman was sixth (18:01.5).
Suburban defeated division rivals Dover, 16-47, and Eastern York, 15-49, to complete a 5-0 league season. The Trojans improved to 10-0 overall by beating host Central York, 23-33, and York Catholic, 16-47.
J.D. Groft was third in 17:36.4 and Marty Conrad finished fourth overall in 17:47.7 for the Panthers.

Dallastown's Reilly sets course mark: At Copper Beech, two runners broke the 2011 course record as Red Lion beat four opponents by placing four of the first five runners in the meet.
Dallastown's Patrick Reilly set the new standard of 17:11.94, nearly nine seconds ahead of Red Lion's Caleb Gatchell, who also passed the former mark of 18:10, set by Red Lion's Matt Croft.
The Wildcats beat Bermudian Springs, Susquehannock and West York.
Susquehannock topped Bermudian Springs and West York behind Patrick Morrison's seventh place overaall finish.
West York's Zach Sheffer took 29th overall, and Bermudian Springs' Joe Fletcher placed 26th.

Hertzog's record leads Mustangs to sweep: The host Mustangs' Ryan Hertzog set a course record with his victory that saw South Western beat its four opponents.
Hertzog's winning time of 16 minutes, 41 seconds, eclipsed the previous standard of 16:49 set by Dallastown's Chuck Lockwood in 2008. Hertzog won by 26 seconds over Biglerville's Brady Wilt.
Northeastern claimed three wins behind Ryan Sevret, who placed seventh overall in 18:05.
Kennard-Dale topped both Biglerville and Fairfield as Sawyer Basker took fourth overall in 17:40 for the Rams.
Fairfield was led by John Roan's fifth-place finish.
