The Exeter High School boys' swimming team improved to 1-1 in the league and 2-1 overall after defeating Wyomissing on Dec. 19, 108-62.
Logan Winchester, Trent Groff and Oliver Knabb led the way for Exeter with two individual victories apiece. Winchester was first in the 200 free (1:53.05) and the 500 free (5:09.50); Groff won the 50 free (22.49) and the 100 back (58.67); and Knabb won the 100 fly (56.43) and the 100 breast (1:03.13).
Also winning individual events for Exeter was Danny Leskowicz who was first in the 100 free (51.32).
Also winning for Exeter was the 200 medley relay team of Matt Feryo, Knabb, Groff and Leskowicz (1:45.58); the 200 free relay team of Winchester, Jacob Smith, Daniel Fedorovsky and Knabb (1:38.30); and the 400 free relay team of Leskowicz, Feryo, Winchester and Groff (3:31.14).
