Player of the year
--- Jess Franz, Susquehannock: The senior setter seemed to do it all at times for the Warriors, and her season totals reflect as much. She ran a proficient offense, leading her team in assists with 625. She also scored a team-high 83 aces.
Franz also gave a great defensive effort, posting 320 digs and 15 blocks.
--- Lauren Kotula, Delone Catholic: The senior gave the Squirettes a solid all-around effort, leading Delone to a third-place finish in Division II. She had 283 kills, 25 aces and seven assists offensively, while putting up 144 digs and 35 blocks defensively.
--- Dylan Keil, Susquehannock: Part of a strong front row for the Warriors, the senior led Susquehannock's high-powered attack with a team-high 354 kills. Keil was also a key defensive player, amassing 486 digs and a team-high 67 blocks. She also had 41 aces.
--- Jordyn Malone, Susquehannock: Another piece of the stout Warrior offense and accomplished senior class, Malone was second on the team with 238 kills. She was solid defensively, totaling 210 digs and 48 blocks.
--- Grace Morgan, York Suburban: Morgan's distribution skills were evident, as she averaged 29.2 assists per match to go along with her six digs averaged each time out.
--- Kelci Scannapieco, Eastern York: Scannapieco had a well-rounded season for the Golden Knights, posting 260 kills, 183 digs, 106 assists, 93 blocks and 25 aces.
--- Shaquae Snook, Bermudian Springs: Snook was a dominant force in the front row for Bermudian, often leading the team in kills. In an Oct. 1 match against Kennard-Dale, Snook slammed a game-high 19 kills in a tough, 3-2 loss. In the Eagles' two sweeps of Fairfield, Snook led Bermudian in kills with eight and seven.
--- Casie Strausbaugh, Dover: One of Dover's main all-around threats, Strausbaugh contributed 146 kills, 135 assists and 36 aces to the offensive cause. Defensively, she pitched in with 371 digs and 14 blocks.
--- Sammie Strausbaugh, Dover: Only a sophomore, Strasbaugh didn't let youth stand in the way of establishing herself as a go-to player. She posted triple digits in kills (327), digs (247) and assists (243) while also contributing 85 aces and 32 blocks.
Co-coaches of the year
--- Barb Grady and Bobbie Strausbaugh, Dover: With their combined knowledge, Grady and Strausbaugh led the Eagles to an overall record of 16-1, which included an unblemished 12-0 record in Division II.
The Eagles continued their stellar play after the regular season, advancing all the way to the YAIAA championship before dropping a well-played finals match against Susquehannock.
Next up for Dover was the District 3 Class AA tournament, where the Eagles ended their season with a loss in the semis.
