Susquehannock's girls' soccer team was only able to muster one shot on goal and fell to the Donegal Indians, 3-0, in a District 3 Class AA first-round match at Donegal Springs Elementary School.

Donegal, the No. 4 seed, led 1-0 at halftime on a goal by Bethany Stein, who scored on Emily Green's pass in the 27th minute.

Green picked up a second assist early in the second half, passing to Jamie Hunter for a score. Hunter set up Kirsten Gochenauer for the final goal of the match with 24 minutes remaining.

Goalkeeper Cayla Stifler was brilliant in defeat for No. 13 Susquehannock, finishing with eight saves.

Donegal will meet No. 5 seed Harrisburg Christian in a quarterfinal match at Northeastern High School at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday. The Warriors end their season with a 10-7-1 record.
